Currently our fulfillment sources can choose from the following express shipping options: UPS, FedEx, DHL, TNT, EMS, TOLL, e-EMS, ePacket, , Singapore Post, Swiss Post, Sweden Post, Russian Air, Special Line-YW, DHL Global Mail and S.F. Express.

 Your location and availability of shipment services to the provided delivery location are one of the major criterion of selecting the shipping service providers apart from cost, and this all is under the control of fulfillment providers based on the value of your order, weight and size of packet, and cost.

But we always select the shipping service providers which are good in providing shipment tracking services to our end customers.

 Customs & import taxes

  • Orders may need to clear customs in your country.
  • Please check if your order will incur additional import duties, taxes or other customs related charges.
  • Import duties, taxes or other customs charges will be collected by the shipping company upon delivery, if any.
  • KiddyLanes is not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
  • Additional costs or delays may occur during international trade. We sincerely hope that you do not use additional import costs or customs clearance delays as a reason for requesting refunds or leaving negative feedback.


Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been placed successfully.

If you did not make payment yet, you can ignore the order with the incorrect shipping and replace a new order with your correct shipping address. The unpaid order will be cancelled automatically after the due day.


How long does it take for my order to be delivered? 

Generally, orders are delivered within 7 - 60 working days, depending on customers country.

If the order has not shipped the before within the above days range, the buyer can always contact the us to agree a new date; or make a Refund Request as per Refund Policy of KiddyLanes.


How do I track my order? 

After the out third-party shipment provider ships your order, a tracking number will be shared on your given email address. You can track your order status on our third-party shipment tracking services based on link shared with you on your email provided against the tracking number.   

Note: It may take 48 to 72 hours for the tracking information to be updated by the shipping company and sometimes tracking numbers may change. If even after 5 days you cannot get the tracking information of your order, please contact us on  for more information.

When my order has arrived, I am not satisfied with the product. What can I do?

If you are not satisfied with the product you received, you can open a dispute before the order is closed.

Please be advised to open a dispute before the deadline, or the order will be completed. This can be raised by writing an email to our Back-office Department on We will write you back soon.

You will get a full refund if your order does not arrive within the delivery time promised by the seller.

How it works:

We at set a delivery time with a maximum of 60 days. If you can prove that you did not receive your order within the stated delivery time, you will get a full refund.

Full refunds are not available in the following circumstances:

Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)

  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the our control (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by natural disaster)
  • Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

You can get a full refund if your item is significantly different from the product's description, or you can choose a partial refund and keep the product. 

We do not accept reasons like it's different from your expectation, you have picked the wrong size, you think it doesn't suit you or any other subjective opinion or views.

We set a return policy to resolve issues where the item is not as described (i.e. who is responsible for return shipping costs). If your item is not as described, you should contact us to discuss a resolution. If you can accept the product and want to keep it, you should negotiate a partial refund. Otherwise, you will get a full refund as established by our return policy.

Q.  Can I request return and refund after I have received my order but I don't like it / it is not the same as I imagined?
